MysTorri: A little about me. My parents let her sample wine and beer at home growing up. They always made their own wine, but never beer. I would always mix different drinks together to try to make them something fun and new. It didn't often work out. When I met my partner, I also met my future brew partner and teacher. I have brewed alongside him for 4 years now and is only just starting to venture out on her own. I am a member of the Oregon Brew Crew, one the oldest and largest homebrewing clubs in the United States. I serve on the board as their Burgermeister ensuring that there is always food for the crew to enjoy and soak up a bit of the great homebrew they all have brought to share. She enjoys creating her own recipes and strives to make a great spicy and salty beer in the near future. In her non-brewing life Torri is a Pharmacy Technician, a Care giver in an assisted living community, a caterer of small dinners for 20-250 and a mother of 2 kids and a dog.
